In his 30-year career, Tom has built and led numerous financial and professional insurance services businesses. He is considered an expert in bringing advanced technologies to life, creating innovation within the insurance industry, and allowing policyholders to live longer and healthier lives. He has served on over 20 company boards and is a member of CEO Round table (cancer) and top 100 longevity leaders.

David Stertzer

David was a Managing Director for Wamberg Genomic Advisors with a focus on life insurance companies. As CEO at AALU for nearly thirty-three years, David provided continuity, leadership, and strategic vision to AALU’s Board of Directors. Throughout AALU’s growth period, David stressed the critical nature of a unified life insurance industry to deliver its message to Capitol Hill with a single voice and increase the number of successful members of the life insurance community.

Darren Rowe

Originally from London, Darren is the former Managing Director of Champions Oncology CSBR (NYSE), founder and CEO of Reframe Health (London) and Chief Product Officer and Head of Programs & Market Intelligence at Genomic Life. Darren is deeply passionate about improving health outcomes through access to innovative genomics technologies and novel treatment approaches. Before relocating to the U.S, Darren was a regular healthcare commentator for the BBC.

Dominique Singer

Dominique has over 25 years of IT and Cybersecurity experience in Risk strategy, security architecture & operations, and program development with experience ranging from the military through the commercial sector. Having held various roles with Disney, Washington Mutual, Verizon, Level 3, KeyW, Telarus, and Eden Data, he specializes in developing cost-efficient, Risk-driven, highly-effective Cybersecurity solutions to achieve Cyber resilience.

Kimberly Scott

Chief Marketing Officer

Kim is fanatical about connecting people, science, and technology. Having spent over 25 years in the genomics space, from bench scientist to executive marketing positions, Kim loves building marketing organizations that create innovative, integrated, and inspiring marketing programs built upon strong fundamentals that leverage technology to drive process optimization, enhanced user experience, and ROI achievement. Ms. Scott has had the privilege of working at a number of prestigious organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Applied Biosystems, and Illumina. Kim holds a B.A. in Physiology from Southern Illinois University and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine.

Julian Whitekus

VP of hannover re America

Julian is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and currently serves as Vice President of Hannover Re’s Health Solution business unit. Julian has over 37 years of experience pricing and underwriting a number of health products including group major medical, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement, from both direct insurance as well as reinsurance. In 2016, Julian developed the reinsurance market at Hannover Re for Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).

Lamb, healthŌme’s Genetic Literacy Advisor, is a faculty investigator and vice president for educational outreach at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. After completing his PhD and postgraduate training at Emory University where he also held faculty positions in the school of medicine, Lamb’s career shifted to pursue his true calling: inspiring a passion for human genetics and technology in others. He joined HudsonAlpha in 2006 where leads the educational outreach team and shares the latest of cutting-edge science
through his Biotech101/201 courses and his blog Shareable Science.
